As cameras get better 4k recording is certainly the benchmark now but it guarantees nothing in terms of eyes on screen.

In my opinion this is like any form of communication, you are trying to convey a message. So consequently if this message resonates with the audience that then shows in your metrics. So I would say if you have conveyed the message, then the video is successful and it is a quality video.

I'd say its organic for sure judging by his other videos. Just making the point that traffic is there in a niche that is very uncommon and also a difficult monetisation - this guy sells merch.

I know this isn't really totally automated but... I've tried inVideo and you can get something that is reasonable in pretty quick time. It will all depend on what you want to use it for whether you think its appropriate.
