I am fond of Amazon S3. Even with 300mb software downloads my monthly bill is usually around $0.50 … don’t think it ever went over a dollar.

I am using https://www.idrive.com/s3-storage-e2/ for more over 20TB Storage and way cheap if you have lots of storage their uptime is good one too.
