Change charset for my target languages

Hi team,

I have been trying to use Cora on my target languages without success:

- The default charset is windows-1252
- My target languages charset is UTF-8

Cora cannot generate Entities, even though I have entered text Razor API.

When I save my word lists in Forced Entites, Stop Words lists etc, they become unreadable, like: c?a cô ?y

Please help.
