Display:none

Hi everyone,

I am using display: none; aria-hidden="true" for testing before investing in additional content. Now, I have a problem with one client who does not want any new text on the page. I can't create an accordion or similar element. Has anyone tested whether leaving content with display: none; aria-hidden="true" permanently causes any issues?

Thanks!

I’d ask if they just don’t want it visible, but they should still know it’s hidden. I haven’t had issues with hidden Div

This site, which Ted created, can also give you some ideas on where else to hide content. https://topseotests.com/ As for clients not wanting new content on the page. Maybe get on a call with them when they can be on a computer and show them the competitor's pages that are kicking their ass and how much content their competitors have. If that doesn't work build backlinks and build up their social media presence however to be honest you should already be doing both those things if you are not already.
