Entities in question and sentences tabs

In the "questions" and "sentences" tabs I see columns with entities and a counter. How do I read this and what do I do with these tabs?

They seem useful.

For example if I run a rapport for "window cleaner"

The top rows in these tabs seem broader questions and don't even include an entity/variation.

For example: the top ones here seem to be "cleaning company", "cleaning", "amsterdam" and "invoice".

Is it best-practice to target these entities on the page?

Or is it better to only stick to the etnties in the rows with the actual entities like "window" in it?

Cora identifies entities based on sampling zones on the page. So if someone has "find us on Facebook" as an H2 tag, "Facebook" will appear in the entities list - even though it is not related to window cleaner. You have to select the appropriate entities, variations, etc. for your keyword.
