My challenge with generative AI is that I often have to argue with it to keep the output focused on the specific scope I want to generate.
Even on topics I know well, generative AI often identifies entities I’ve overlooked. But for entities I’ve intentionally excluded —because they are irrelevant in the full context — I have to argue with AI to exclude information.
The information AI can insist on including may be mute because I'm writing an awareness article and have a different solution that I'm promoting.
Even asking the AI to not say, "this," it just re-uses the entity worded differently. Sometimes I can get the entity removed by asking ... please rewrite in the context of 2010 before "entity" existed ... but I often need to manually remove content that it instantly wants to include.
